Automation does not trigger other automation

Hi guys,

I hope someone can steer me in the right direction!
So I have two tables (A and B). If a row in table A fufills a certain condition, a new row in table B is made. Now that new row should trigger another automation, however it does not. Because apparently a row made by an automation does not count as having been “modified” or “added”. Making the automation periodically is not a solution because it would have to run more often than once an hour.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?

As a rule (as per SeaTable 4.4), an automated action does not trigger another automation (even if the rule/condition is met).

We don’t plan on changing this is the forseeable future.

Keep in mind that automations triggered by other automations can bring a system to its knees in a worst case scenario.

If you want to automate multiple cascading actions, you’ll need a (Python) script.
