if I set a comma as decimal separator in e.g. a currency column, the comma will be discarded
in webforms.
I.e. entering “1,00” in a webform will result in the table entry "100,00.

I cannot confirm your issue (tested with SeaTable Cloud):
Please try again and make sure that your number column’s decimal separator is really comma.
Please try again using a webform (create a new app and add a webform), not just a form.
