Delete account of a former employee


One of our former employees sent an invite last year to one of our current employees to use Seatable. Unfortunately, the current employee doesn’t use 2FA and cannot use her account since the former employee invited her to his team and enforced 2FA I guess.

The former employee doesn’t work for us anymore, so we can’t get in touch with him to help us on this.

Can it be possible to disable 2FA for an account that never activated 2FA in the first place?
