JavaScript API for uploading files

Hello,
I’m looking for information about uploading files into tables.
I found this documentation for Python.
But I cannot find the equivalent for JavaScript.
Is this API not implemented yet?

This API is not implemented yet. The JavaScript API is mostly used in the frontend to write script, where manipulating files is not needed.
