2FA not recognised in my browser

I’m using a Mac mini running Sequoia 15.3.2 (24D81)
I am also running 1Password for my password manager, and using 2FA supplied by that software.
My browser is ARC. - and am having the same problem in Safari.

I’m fairly new to using SeaTable so I’m probably missing something!

When I try to log into cloud.seatable.io, I get as far as adding in my 2FA code, which is summarily rejected as invalid, Everything else is fine - username and password, just not the 2FA.

Using the backup codes only works sometimes.

Basically when I add my 2FA token from 1Password - the field goes blank and I get a message saying that the code can’t be verified.

Anyone else have observations about this, before I end up disabling 2FA (which I don’t want to do).

Hello, I see several people have viewed my post, but no-one has commented and I’d really appreciate some guidance.
If this is not the best place for me to ask, is there any other place? If so, can someone point me there?

Please :folded_hands:

Dear Amelia,

it seems that nobody has this issue. I use daily multiple SeaTable Systems with 2FA activated. I never experienced your described issue.

The problem: I use Linux and I don’t have a Mac. Therefore I have not possibility to verify your issue.

Can you make a video of the issue?
