I’m the admin of my Group. I have integrated 2 profiles already in my DPA group. I wanted to add one more person but seatable tells me ‘A team member with this e-mail address or name already exists’.
The help found in ‘support’ doesn’t work because I don’t have access to ‘deactivate user’.
Can you tell me how to proceed?
I think the help article is quite clear: Is it possible to merge two SeaTable accounts? - SeaTable.
An account with this email already exists in the system:
- Login with that user
- Delete that user/team
- Then you can add this email to your team
