After import dtable; Internal server error >> Dtable load failed

Hi,

I’ve been working on a local seatable docker instance. I imported a dtable file which was initially created in the cloud. I’ve decided to upload the latest version back to the cloud. The import itself works, but when I try to open it I get a red text on my screen saying Internal server error.

When I open the network tab from the developer tools I see the following detail:

dtable_uuid: a461a28963d6485495ae38570a4c7efb - Dtable load failed

I’m completely stuck … I have no idea how to fix this.

Kind regards

Hi, welcome to the SeaTable forum!

Sorry to hear that your import failed. The cause could be that you have deleted tables that were linked to other tables in the base?

What’s the size of that .dtable file? Can you request the metadata of that imported base with this API call?

Is your SeaTable local instance at the latest version? We have 2.4 uploaded to Docker days ago. If you don’t know how to use that API request and upgrading to 2.4 won’t help, you can send your .dtable file to support@seatable.io and I can have a look.
