After the update to 4.1 we already saw the first minor bug, prior to the update it worked fine.
In the APP using a table, the page permissions are set on “who can see the page” = Admin only. Now after the update, the Admin can no longer see the page in the APP, only in the editing version of the app.

Changing permissions to Role->admins worked for me.

The fix will be included in SeaTable 4.2.
SeaTable 4.2 was released today (as you already know from the two other topics that I commented on) and ships with a fix for this issue.
