Hello , may i know if we are able to use common dataset for linked records?

You want to know if values in link columns can be synced from one base to other bases by means of common datasets?

In SeaTable 2.6, this is not supported.

In SeaTable 2.7, it is. SeaTable 2.7 will be released in a few days.
