I am trying to log in to the account but window says “a deactivated account already exists”. I would like to continue using Seatable under free account. Does the free account expire?
The error message is a precise description of what is going on.
You cannot create a new account using your email address as long as another account with the same email address exists.
You have two options:
a.) activate the existing account
b.) delete the existing account
As for a.) An account remains inactive as long as you don’t prove access to this email address. We send an email to this end to your email account.
As for b.) If you are part of a team, ask your team admin to delete your account.
