Forgot password of base

Hey dear community,

my problem is quite simple ; i set a password for a base and forgot so write it down …
My admin doesnt seem to be able to reset or delete it; what can i do now?

Please have you team admin open a ticket in the team administration at https://account.seatable.io. Have him navigate to “Help & Support”. All he needs to know he finds there.

You should not blame your team admin. He has no permission to remove a forgotten base password. Only the SeaTable support team can do that with this API request: Delete Base Password.

Please create a ticket like my brother described. Please send us the name of your team and the name of your base.
