I generally use dedicated CRM for marketing ops, but I wonder how SeaTable could make it.
I would need to receive a feedback when a recipient has opened a mail send with the automation.
Ideally, it’d to store also the information when they have clicked in a link in the email sent.
This cannot be done with SeaTable’s native features. Bit in combination with an email service of the likes of Brevo, Active campaign, Mailjet,… you can do it.
