How to add files to file column in table via Make

I have a scenario in Make that takes items submitted via a form from a website. One of the form options is the submission of a file (PDF, Word). I would like to append a row containing the submitted data (name, tel number, etc.) in a table and add the submitted file(s) to a file column in that table. However, the file column is not selectable in Make (does not show to be selected). Does anyone know how to get around this?
