How to change the manifest file and icons for PWA?

Hi there, I am trying to change the name and the icon of the seatable PWA since anything else can be customized I think this should also be possible. It seems like the manifest.json is just a template which is beeing populated by pyhton, but there must be a way to change app name and icon, any idea how to do it?
