A user cannot access our dedicated Seatable anymore so I want to regenerate a (new) code for 2FA. How can I generate a new code or force the system to do it?
Please disable 2FA for this user. Then the user can log back in.
If you want to enforce 2FA, you can check the box “Force Two-Factor Authentication”.
You can also do both at the same time. Then the user can log in using username and password and is subsequently prompted to configure 2FA.
