I can't open my base

I can’t open a base to view my tables the browser just spins and nothing loads. This is extremely frustrating that I can’t use the application. I’ve checked to make sure nothing in the browser is blocking the page. I’ve tried opening from the short cut on my desktop. I’ve tried to using a different internet browser and nothing works. Does anyone have any ideas on what else I can try???
