If I change my subscription to a free plan


I currently have a customer who is using the Plus plan. He wants to switch to the free plan.

What happens to the information on the dashboards? The customer currently does not exceed the “Storage used” and “Row used”.

I am not sure what you mean by dashboards. (SeaTable does not use this term.) So my answer may not be as precise as you may hope.

But generally, you can downgrade to Free and continue working with your data as long as the team does not exceed the plan’s limits.
