Issue adding other linked field in linked table via app form

My setup : SeaTable Cloud - Free plan

Hi,
I’m facing an issue with a form in the universal app, and specially with a linked field.

So in the form, I put a field where the user is able to choose a linked entity or create one.
But when we choose the create option, we can’t see the linked fields of this linked table.
Those linked are not even visible in the form field options.

That is a part of the linked table (table 1) where you can see linked colums (with table 2, table 3, etc.) :

And that is what I see when I open the create entity option of the Table 1 linked field on Table 4 form for adding entity :

You can see fields “Commune” or “N°foncier” are not here. It’s the same for all linked field of Table 1.
And I can’t give parameters to thoses linked fields as they don’t appear in the parameter tool :

If I fill the create entity option with thoses only 5 available fields, I can see the “new” entity with empty linked fields :

I can clic on this new entity to get all fields (you can see the difference with previous view)

But when I try to link entity I get an “Execution time of the query exceeds the limit. Data cannot be loaded.” error :

Any chance I can do something to make it working or should I wait for a future update ?

I don’t understand the issue. What would help me a lot is to better understand your data model. Please post a screenshot of the output of the table relationship diagram.

Oh sorry for the bad explanation.

Here a screenshot of the relationsip diagram :

The app form is made to add a “line” in table on the left (“Compte de propriété”).
In this form, user can create a new “line” in the linked table “Table parcelle”, in the middle.
But when doing so, user can’t choose in the options of the third linked table “Commune”.

I hope is more understandable.
