Make.com (formerly intergromat) Update a existing row in seatable

Hi there,
i am trying to update a existing row via make.com in seatable. The trigger is a webhook. Iam trying to get the Row-ID in seatable, but I cannot find any method. How can I lookup the base in seatable based on a different field?
