Page designer borders

Hi there.

SeaTable has been a revelation for me, absolutely amazing.
I do system design for AV (audio visual) installation companies, so I use SeaTable for creating cable schedules, equipment schedules, lighting control panel schedules etc.

I spent some time creating a template in designer, but I can’t get it to do what I want.
In a similar way that we handle CAD plans, I want a border at the bottom of each page, with the logo of the client, project name, revision table etc etc, in A3 paper.

I managed to do it nicely in the designer, but how can I make it repeatable in each page? The footer option seems to be way to simple to be able to do this.

thanks in advance.

Edit:
Okay I found how to do it in the footer. However it’s painful, none of the alignment, copy paste and other features work for the static text.

Glad to hear that you like SeaTable! Tell your friends!

In the header (and in the footer as well), you have all the formatting options you also have in the page’s body. Could you elaborate?

I’m using it now for all my clients, so yes I’m telling them about it of course.

See first screenshot, it’s in the footer, there are no guidelines.

See second screenshot, not in the footer, see the red guidelines, they are very helpful. It’s a pain to do anything in the footer without these guidelines.
thanks

OK. I see.

I don’t have a fix for you, but this may be helpful: Enter the X and Y coordinates manually.

I’m aware of that. Still not easy, but okay.
It would make more sense to have the same functionality in the footer/header sections.
thanks
