In the print settings dialog, “View records” doesn’t really mean anything - it should say “All records”:

Thanks for pointing this out. You are right. It’s not clear.

Actually, it’s not ALL records. It’s all records in the current view. So “view records” is the short version of “records in view”. But it’s been noted.

Thanks - Yes “All records” or “All records in View” would be good. In any case the key word is “all”.
