Hi, I would like to upgrade to a Team Plus account but I would first like to ask if it is possible to use other payment methods rather than a credit card. For example, direct debit from my bank account.
At this point, credit card is the only accepted payment method for Plus account.
We plan to migrate to another payment acquirer in the first half of 2022. Once this is done, we’ll also offer other payment methods.
