PDF created using button does not display online but visible when downloaded

I use enterprise cloud.

When creating a PDF by pressing a button, the PDF is created. When I double click on the PDF file link to open the PDF in my browser, the page is blank. However, when I download it, everything is there.

This problem seems to have been resolved.
