Plan is exhausted but I can't delete any lines

We use the Seatable Cloud (free version) and have reached the number of rows because we unknowingly imported an Excel file with a large number of rows. We get the following message (see attached). Unfortunately, we can no longer edit or delete any rows. How can rows be deleted again?

You must bring your team’s row count down below the row limit. In the Free plan, the row limit is 10.000. Since your bases become ready-only when you exceed your limit, you must delete bases.

The alternative is an upgrade to our Plus/Enterprise plan.
