Seatable creating copies of a form - why?

Hi,

I have a form as a survey of community buildings.

Seatable seems to be creating copies of the form - but I don’t know why. Any ideas? I deleted one copy.

Do you press the wrong button? It’s the outer left pen button, not the double sheet-ish

I think if the mouse passes over an icon, it should prompt for its function.

The simple explanations are often right. No more copies have appeared so I suspect you are correct. Thanks.
