System limitations - base rows limit

Hi guys,

I have another questions about the limit of Seatable.

I have read the limitation at System Limitations - SeaTable Admin Manual

I just wonder if the rows are still limited at 100k -150k per base, or the page has not been updated yet.

After 150k rows, do I have to create another base? Or the newest 150k rows are edible, and the older will be read-only?
