Is there any chance to automatically delete data sets / rows after they meet different criterias?
This is not possible. But you can archive them using a checkbox/single select field.
You could achive that by running a SeaTable automation periodically, marking them in combination with a checkbox like @rdb said and having another external automation like n8n or make which can delete rows by this checkbox.
